Deadline reports that young actor Jamie Blackley has been cast as the co-lead in the WB/Legendary 300 sequel BATTLE OF ARTEMISIA directed by Noam Murro. Blackley will play Calisto, a teen whose desire to become the heroic man/soldier his father was leads the 16-year-old to become a leader of a small band of soldiers.
Blackley joins Sullivan Stapleton, who will share the lead spot in the film.
