Director Rian Johnson has shared a sneak peek at the time machine from his upcoming film LOOPER starring Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Bruce Willis, Emily Blunt, Jeff Daniels, Paul Dano and Garrett Dillahunt.
Plot:
The film takes place in the near future and centers on a group of hitmen called loopers. Gordon-Levitt plays Joe, one of the killers who works for the mob and helps them get rid of bodies by using time travel to send victims to the past (about 30 years), where loopers wait and eventually kill them.
What happens is Gordon-Levitt spots his latest victim which is his future self played by Willis who's captured and transported through the top-secret time machine. The younger Joe can't pull the trigger on his older self and allows him to escape.
