Exit Patty Jenkins and enter Emmy winning director Alan Taylor. Deadline has reported Taylor who has directed episodes of Game of Thrones, Board Walk Empire and The Sopranos for HBO has been hired by Marvel Studios to directed the sequel.
Taylor has also directed the features Kill the Poor and Palookaville. Thor 2 is back on track and has a release date of November 15th, 2013.
