It looks like THE EVIL DEAD remake will hit theaters on April 12th, 2013.
Filming begins in January for the much darker horror remake from Ghost House/Mandate Pictures and Sony/FilmDistrict. The movie will be directed by Fede Alvarez with some writing choirs by Diablo Cody with Sam Raimi and Bruce Campbell producing.
