Variety reports that actress Jaimie Alexander (Thor) has joined Jee woon Kim's THE LAST STAND. She play Sarah Torrance, a border-town deputy to Sheriff Ray Owens (Arnold Schwarzenegger) who is trying to stop a drug cartel leader from escaping to Mexico.
Also joining the cast are Rodrigo Santoro who will play her love interest, Zach Gilford and Peter Stormare.
Lionsgate will release The Last Stand in theaters on January 18th, 2013.
