Is the Riddler in THE DARK KNIGHT RISES?

There's a rumor going around that The Riddler is indeed in Christopher Nolan's THE DARK KNIGHT RISES. Hypable website has reported that The Riddler/ Edward Nygma will be in the film.

There's casting sheets/documents that has this name on them with no actor attached. one concern of mine is, can we have too many "main" characters for this final installment from Nolan or is the script this good?
